As the Senior HRBP Global Sales within Banking, you will serve as the strategic HR leader for an organization encompassing +500 employees. In this role, you will spearhead strategic initiatives in collaboration with our Center of Expertise and local people partners. Your support will be pivotal for leaders and managers, fostering an environment where every individual can excel. By aligning our organizational and people strategies, you will play a crucial role in transformation projects, delivering high-impact HR services to your functional group. 



Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Provides Human Resources support across a wide range of employee groups and locations.
  • Leads efforts to assess current and anticipated future workforce requirements from multiple perspectives - the employee, the business and customers.
  • Ensures adaptation of Human Resources programs / initiatives to support achievement of stated objectives and focus on issue resolution.
  • Recommends changes to existing programs by studying evolving company requirements, employee needs, industry trends and emerging practices.
  • Ensures the integration of services / strategies with overall Human Resources strategies and programs.
  • Assists with design of Human Resources programs / initiatives, monitors effectiveness and recommends changes to facilitate improvement.
  • Evaluates program impact, preparing detailed analyses in support of program / process improvement and new program development.
  • Advises management on potential issues associated with organizational changes, reorganizations and / or acquisitions.
  • Analyzes and presents data / recommendations to department leadership for application to operational decision making.


Qualifications

Required Qualifications
• Bachelor degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Minimum of 8-10 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience in HRBP Support.
• Experience in talent management and workforce planning.
• Experience managing or supporting a “Sales” Organization.
• Ability to lead key initiatives, continuous improvements (LEAN) processes and action planning.
• Experience partnering and influencing senior leaders to help drive their people strategy and increase business results.
• Oracle HCM or similar HRIS system experience
• Hybrid role, onsite 1 day a week in North Canton, Ohio

Preferred Qualifications
• Strong analytical and project management skills, proven ability to design transparent processes, and a very detail-oriented yet flexible approach to problem-solving

• Proven ability to partner and influence across diverse groups and experience levels
