Job Description:

Responsible for the day-to-day resolution of simple to complex reporting requests from various business partners across the organization. Responsible for timely and accurate business support, cost and volume reporting in accordance with existing monthly, quarterly and annual routines. Functions may include reporting, analysis, and audit/compliance tracking. May manage projects related to special initiatives of an Operations nature. May assist in the development of Trade Finance programs, policies and procedures. Requires a knowledge of the department's or business unit's functional operations and a working knowledge of bank policies, programs, procedures and financial/accounting practices. Individual typically has 3-5 years of experience.

Required Skills:

  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel including but not limited to Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP

  • Strong working knowledge of Word, Visio, and PowerPoint

  • Ability to collaborate within and outside of team to gather and present data in a detail-oriented manner

  • Ability to analyze data and package it into meaningful global view for executive audience

  • Independent self-starter

  • Efficient and able to prioritize work and multi-task in a deadline-driven environment

  • Quickly responds to unplanned, spontaneous deliverables

  • Previous interaction with senior leaders and business partners

  • Strong oral and written communication skills

  • Comfortable working across regions
