Resonant Sciences LLC has an immediate opening for a Senior Principal Procurement Specialist. This individual will serve as an integral member of a small Supply Chain team that will support multiple Resonant Sciences locations. This individual will work in our Beavercreek, OH office full-time, Monday – Friday (1st Shift). A hybrid schedule would be considered. Travel requirements will be less than 5% per year. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepare and submit RFQs for proposals and purchases.
- Review Purchase Requisitions for accuracy to generate contractual Purchase Orders.
- Create and Maintain auditable Purchase Order files that meet all FAR/DFAR requirements.
- Purchase Order Management including closeouts, supplier delivery schedules, and contractual revisions.
- Manage all aspects of the supplier relationships (i.e., vendor setups and completion of required documentation, certification of insurance, W-9, credit applications, etc.)
- Collaborate with internal functional groups to resolve Supplier Invoice discrepancies.
- Support and assist in the implementation of an Approved Purchasing System targeted for 2025.
- Perform other duties, as assigned.
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with 4 years of Procurement experience or equivalent combination of education and experience in related field.
- Working knowledge of FAR, DFAR, DCAA & DCMA Guidelines.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multi-task and self-prioritize.
- Proven track record of handling confidential information with discretion.
- Proven record of working well in a team environment.
- Skilled with Microsoft Office Suite applications.
- Flexibility and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be U.S. citizen and able to obtain DoD Secret security clearance.
