DescriptionCustomer focused strategic advisor to senior leadership and banking partners focused on optimizing working capital by developing new business and delivering Structured Trade Finance solutions (i.e. supply chain finance, receivable finance, inventory finance, export agency finance, trade loans and core trade) to Commercial Bank clients. In this key product specialist origination role, you will manage a portfolio and provide tailored solutions to help clients mitigate payment and country risk, finance cross border trade transactions and enhance working capital.
Job Responsibilities
- In coordination with bankers, risk and treasury partners originate and drive new business and deliver solid financial results
- Collaborate across different stake holders to effectively balance internal priorities and strategy
- Function as the deal team lead including opportunity identification, qualification, positioning, structuring, presentation and closing
- Collaborate across different stake holders to effectively balance internal priorities and strategy in order to advance and elevate trade and working capital conversations
Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree
- Typically, a minimum of ten years of Trade Finance experience, including Structured Trade or equivalent business experience
- Strong organizational, negotiation, communication and consultative sales skills
- Ability to build relationships with clients as well as internally with banking and the risk organization
- Expert product knowledge including analytics, strategy, implementation, pricing and sales
- Superior presentation skills to represent the business across internal and external platforms
- Proven ability to exercise independent and leadership skills

- MBA preferred
