- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in an international B2B environment. Experience with technology products or services is a plus.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies.
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Proficiency with marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media advertising, and CRM systems such as Salesforce.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills, with the ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple projects while being detail-oriented.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and complex matrix environment.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Occasional Travel may be associated with this role.
Preferred Attributes:
- Multilingual abilities: Preferred but not ; an advantage for working in diverse, global markets.
- Industry experience: Specific experience in marketing technology products or services is advantageous.
- CRM and CMS experience: Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems and Content Management Systems (CMS) is a plus, especially experience with tools such as Salesforce and Sitecore.

PAY TRANSPARENCY
Shure offers a competitive compensation structure that is reviewed annually to attract, hire, and retain the industry’s top talent. Base salaries vary based on qualifications, geography, experience, and expertise in each respective discipline. The base salary range for this position is between $45,600 - $84,800. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target base salary for this opportunity. If your salary expectations do not align, still apply as we are often flexible on the seniority of posted positions. All positions also include an award-winning benefits package.
