- Bachelor’s degree required in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- 0-2 years of experience, including marketing and high-impact marketing communications, preferably in an international B2B environment. Experience with technology products or services a plus.
- Project management experience with the demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and tasks at the same time.
- Experience managing day-to-day relationships with external marketing agencies a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to participate in constructive discussion among a wide range of cross-functional partners.
- Excellent proofreading skills with an eye for correct grammar and an ear for good copy.
- Strong visual sense with the ability to evaluate photography graphic layouts for both style and impact.
- Proficiency with computers and ability to efficiently work in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills, and ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple projects while being detail oriented.
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment and complex matrix structures.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong understanding of advertising, campaign management, and digital marketing principles.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to lead cooperative efforts and facilitate constructive discussion among a wide range of cross-functional teams.
- Ability to travel internationally.
- Ability to work in a highly matrixed organization.
- Experience working virtually with remote teams.
