Essential Functions:
Supervises the company's global trade program, ensuring compliance with International customs rules and regulations as well as internal policy requirements
Reviews the EU entities' day-to-day import/export activities to ensure international shipments remain in compliance
Collaborates with internal and external partners to measure, define, and drive process improvements within international trade compliance, conducting audits and transaction testing of import/export filings
Collaborates with third-party service providers to identify potential risks and issues, and manage processes in support of International operations
Supports EU subsidiary offices in all customs-related matters, helping resolve clearance inquiries from customs brokers and internal business partners to ensure supply chain continuity and import/export compliance
Extensive knowledge of HS codes, specifically medical device HS codes
