Job Summary


IMAGEN Brands is looking for a Supply Chain Analyst for our Mason, Ohio office. This role will support 5-6 strategic buyers in managing daily Supply Chain requirements for successful team metrics, including contract requisitions, price discrepancies and related tasks.


 


Job Responsibilities



  • Contact, communicate and negotiate quotes and product specifications with assigned vendors for stock and custom items  

  • Track, monitor and report on vendor cost, quality and accuracy of purchase orders

  • Support the Director and Senior Buyer in the development and maintenance of the corporate buying policies and procedures

  • Develop sound working relationships with suppliers and customers

  • Work across organizational lines to accomplish assigned duties

  • Drive sourcing productivity projects

  • Track KPIs and report on supply chain's performance


 


Job Requirements



  • Bachelor's/University degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Economics, Statistics or other related discipline preferred or at least four years of relevant work experience

  • General knowledge of purchasing techniques

  • Microsoft Excel knowledge and experience

  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills 

  • Outstanding organziational, interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills with executives, customers and vendors

  • Ability to write reports and communicate information easily

  • Strong quantitative ability and comfort with data driven decision processes

  • Excellent attention to detail


 


Preferred Skills



  • Experience with data mining, analysis and reporting activities

  • ERP computer systems to plan and procure materials
