About the Role
The Customer Operations team coordinates efforts among all internal groups to ensure we are aligned with our customer’s needs and can deliver on our commitments with the highest level of integrity. The role requires strong data analysis and problem-solving skills as well as a creative and inquisitive nature to identify opportunities and address challenges professionally and confidently, along with championing new processes and inspiring other improvements. This role requires strong operational and order management skills and exceptional abilities in customer communication.
What You Will Do
Independently manages and plans inventory for assigned product lines.
Ensure component supply plans contribute to credible master production schedules by identifying and resolving supply/demand imbalances.
Customer collaborative planning – understand customer demand outlook and manage delivery commitment expectations.
Be flexible to support rapidly changing customer requirements in a positive manner.
Coordinate with internal cross-functional teams to drive material allocations in support of customer project schedules.
Develops planning methodologies to retrieve, organize, and establish baseline customer specific product usage estimates, performance metrics and measures
Partner with fulfillment center (FC) operations and IT teams to troubleshoot data discrepancies between inventory levels on the floor and the WMS system
Collaborate with cross functional teams to address operational challenges stemming from inventory discrepancies
Drive key cross-functional collaboration to ensure a smooth customer experience by resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
Analyze product movement data in a multi-building environment.
Take ownership of assigned projects, independently resolving issues - using escalations when appropriate.
What You Bring
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business or Engineering from an accredited college.
• 0-2+ years of working experience in Supply Chain Analytics / Project Management
• Aptitude to proactively manage client relationships for strong business-to-business partnerships.
• Materials planning knowledge, order fulfillment process knowledge.
• Track record for utilizing innovative and creative problem-solving skills to address complex and/or contentious issues.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication (verbal and written) skills with a high degree of professionalism and ability to handle confidential information.
• Ability to navigate ambiguous data to achieve focus and use facilitation skills to keep projects moving forward.
• Focus on high attention to detail, efficient time management, and consistent follow-through.
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office (Excel).
• Tableau, Visio desired.
