Title: Data Cleansing Analyst - Global Finance Operations

Location: Hybrid - Beaverton, OR

Duration: 4 Month Contract

Our Finance Operations function is at the heart of this mission through maintaining strong internal controls, providing timely, accurate, and relevant information to internal and external stakeholders, and ultimately delivering expert business partnership to drive profitable growth.  

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON:

• Reviews, analyzes, reconciles, and interprets financial results in lower risk areas with business managers.
• Maintains a basic understanding of financial systems and data elements.
• Assists in the preparation of management reporting and analytical tools.
• Researches financial anomalies and makes corrections as necessary.
• Participates in the monthly financial statement close for assigned entity, division, profit center, or cost center Monitors compliance of processes, transactions, and balances with accounting and finance policies.
•  Run reports from eProcurement system, format and analyze data
• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve open POs, identify issues and offer solutions for resolution
• Utilize Nike procurement, financial, and accounting software systems such as Coupa, Aravo, Akritiv, and SAP.
• Review catalog supplier statements and advise resolution for submitting invoices and resolve outstanding payment issues

 WHAT YOU BRING:

• Excellent organizational, written and communication skills
• Demonstrated proficiency in using Microsoft Office tools, with high mastery of Excel a plus
• Proven ability and desire to solve problems and look for opportunities for improvement
• Demonstrated experience tracking, validating, and support of invoices and payments.
• Experience with and interest in business software and analysis tools (SAP system a plus)
• Strong interpersonal skills to deal effectively with varied internal clients, management groups and external vendors 
• Self-directed and comfortable working in ambiguous environments
• Experience in highly cross-functional global business environment with the ability to effectively communicate at various levels
• Preferred - 1 year with a Fortune 500/multi-national consumer products company.
• SAP experience

WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH

As a Data Cleansing Analyst – you will work with the Purchasing Integrity Team, as well as both internal and external business partners, and suppliers throughout Nike, Inc. to successfully support strategic capabilities for the Global Finance Operations team. You will assist in ensuring the cleanest data possible as we move to our future state.
