The following challenges await you:

• Create and maintain account information in SAP – customer master management.
• Maintain account pricing tables in SAP – new prices, changes, product additions, store agreements.
• Administer, update, and disseminate information/reporting relevant for the sales and internal teams. To include: sales/personnel roster, training records, mileage trackers, other to be assigned.
• Maintain Outlook mail lists for accuracy and timeliness of updates – manage both internal and sales agent lists and updates.
• Ensure submitted field sales offers/contracts are complete, update information across the system, and communicate with respective business partners. 
• Maintain contract records, updates, account alignments, sales territory creation. 
• Support internal meetings, events, planning – other cross-functional coordination.
• Creation of consignment inventory forms for the sales team for Audits
• Creation of storage locations for new sales and hospitals
• Managing Debitex – review and maintain optimum levels for current accounts and assign credit limits for new customers

Your Profile:

• 4-year degree from a college/university preferred
• Relevant experience is a plus – working with customers, AR, sales support, Analytical skills, and SAP experience preferred
• Familiarity with commercial processes and corporate support
• Moderate Excel knowledge is critical to success in this role
• The equivalent combination of education and experience will also be considered.
