Qualifications

Requirements-

Demonstrated experience in the position during with communication, management, and people skills. Customer service focused; experienced in resolving internal and external customer issues and complaints. Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed assigned targets and deadlines LEAN supply chain and food logistics experienced preferred. Strong financial metric skills to measure the procurement process. Experience working within a purchasing, inventory management, or supply chain function. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Work, Excel and Power Point. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV or other ERP systems.

Job Duties-

Create, execute, and ensure purchase order (PO's) accuracy, for external purchases and store orders; transfer orders of raw materials within the Supply Chain System. Review and finalize completed orders, with proper cost allocations and documentations (billing of lading, invoices, ect.)

Supervise, lead, coach, and develop procurement team members.

Forecast demand levels to meet the business needs and maintain stock inventory to maximize business efficiency. Collaborate with IT to initiate top-down integration of the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system; input new line items into the ERP system and notify store of its available date.

Act as the primary point of contact amongst the  Supply Chain system constituents and the organization; implement and enforce policies efficiency, accuracy, and meet internal compliance requirements.

This position requires moderate physical activity. Employees must have sufficient strength to perform the duties and responsibilities of the position including moderate lifting (up to 50 pounds), walking, bending, stooping, kneeling, and squatting. This position requires nearly continuous standing and walking, repetitive hand motions, and reaching overhead. Employees may be exposed to unusual elements including extreme temperatures of coolers and freezers.
