Supply Chain Coordinator
Summary: Purchase owner-supplied equipment for new projects and replacement items for theatres currently in operation in assigned areas.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Regular and consistent attendance.
- Creating purchase orders for existing locations based on submittals from other departments (Construction, Operations, Food Service, etc.)
- Providing support to theatres for questions relating to equipment orders and the requisitioning process.
- Screening, processing, and scheduling deliveries for requisitions placed in AX.
- Compiling and generating POs for special requests that cannot be fulfilled through the standard requisitioning process.
- Reconciling invoices for assigned areas.
- Tracking open receivables and compiling Non-received PO reports for Supervisor.
- Identifying potential new vendors and escalating findings to Supervisor when appropriate.
- Maintaining relationships with vendors and location managers.
- Shipping of supplies/equipment from corporate office, including department direct fulfillment programs.

Education/Experience:
Theatre management and/or projection experience preferred. Experience in building and maintaining business relationships, both inside and outside of the office, preferred. Strong organizational skills required. Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations such as rate, ratio, and percentages required. Ability to work with other team members harmoniously within a close office environment required.
Language Ability:
Must be able to read, write, and speak the English language. Must be able to effectively communicate via telephone and e-mail. Must be able to effectively communicate information to small groups.
Math Ability:
Must be able to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure. Must be able to perform basic mathematical calculations such as rate, ratio, and percentage.
Reasoning Ability:
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed written or oral instructions.
Computer Skills:
Must have basic knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office products. (Word, Excel, Outlook, and database software)
Supervisory Responsibilities:
This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities.
