Job Summary

1) Check-in with Department Head

- Review Delivery Schedule

- Special Assignments

2) Open Warehouse

a. Walk Warehouse Areas

b. Walk Concessions Vendor Comms and Concession Stands

i. Remove Material Moving Equipment

ii. Report Issues

c. Walk Culinary Kitchens and FOH Pantry’s

d. Ensure Cleanliness of Warehouse zones

3) Receive Deliveries

a. Review Delivery Schedule

i. Review Expected Delivery Report

b. Update Purchase Order Boards

c. Check product in to the invoice and the PO by each department

i. Report and make notes on shorts

ii. Connect PO’s with invoiced product

d. Separate to proper locations

i. Concessions

ii. Premium Back of House

iii. Premium Front of House

e. Assist with the proper storage of all inventory items

4) Department Transfers/Orders

a. Review Bypass/BirchStreet transfer sheets

b. Delegate to Hourly staff to fill transfers when needed

c. Review completed transfers

d. Review the short list

i. Reverse shorts that are errors

ii. Update departments on shorts if true

iii. Report missing product to be ordered

e. Review off site property transfers

5) Operations

a. Warehouse Management

i. Proper Storage

ii. Proper rotation of food & Beverage

b. Dock Management

i. Schedule staff to pull packages

ii. Review packages and send to the proper area

1. Send out emails to recipient

iii. Organize and keep Marshalling Area clean

1. Pallets

2. Waste Diversion

3. Levy Equipment

iv. Work with Security to communicate delivery updates or modifications

c. Event Mode Operations

i. Manage Warehouse operations during event mode

1. Monitor product flow via transfers

2. Verify transfers from different departments

3. Input transfer data into necessary systems

4. Close Warehouse

a. Closing checklist

d. End of the Month

i. Assist with inventory & counting of product within the warehouse

ii. Conduct Safety Training with Hourly & Management Staff

iii. Conduct Warehouse Safety Walk
