Responsibilities
- Develop trade show strategies and solutions that are tailored and relevant to business needs to support the overall event strategy of sponsorship events and are aligned with marketing departmental and brand strategies.
- Evaluate sponsorship requests and determine appropriate support.
- Develops and manages project plan and timeline including end-to-end logistical management of trade shows.
- Determine booth branding, giveaways, and marketing materials.
- Manages trade show project scope, identifying issues and developing contingency plans.
- Manages trade show financials including developing budgets and monthly financial reconciliation.
- Proactively communicates project status, program deadlines, identifying any areas of concern and addresses issues to ensure tradeshow outcomes are met.
- Oversees communications and ongoing customer service.
- Responsible for show analysis, determining data required to support trade show growth in alignment to overall event strategy.
- Work at Tradeshows and events as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in attending and supporting tradeshows
- Excellent communication skills, including writing, proof reading skills, and speaking
- Excellent organization skills and previous project management experience
- Ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects and work assignments
- Excellent interpersonal skills both in person and by phone, with high professionalism
- Ability to accomplish projects with little supervision
- Experience with Salesforce CRM a plus
- Ability to travel 25%+
