Job Description Summary

The RGM Sales Analytics and Trade Promotions Analyst owns all internal sales reporting related to trade spend, daily/monthly sales volume, and budgets, as well as the communication of that reporting to the Field Sales team. This role is responsible for ensuring internal data integrity and integration between systems, including the Trade Promotions Management tool and Master Data. This position is also the main contact regarding IT systems questions for Field Sales and partners often with the Global IT Team to collaborate on systems related solutions and training for the broader organization.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Owns and manages all trade spend and daily/monthly sales volume reporting
  • Prepares and analyzes forecast data extrapolation
  • Manages the Xtel Trade Promotions Management (TPM) Tool to include all troubleshooting, incident ticket creations, user testing, and training in partnership with the Global IT team
  • Performs data maintenance and manages all updates of the Xtel TPM tool
  • Builds all necessary Excel files that support the annual planning process to include Risks & Opps and Budget Allocation
  • Manages the Customer, Brand Type, Volume, Net Sales and Trade budget communication
  • Responsible for disaggregating all budgets within the Xtel TPM tool
  • Completes ad hoc reporting and analysis of technical reports



Qualifications and Competencies

  • BS/BA Degree preferred
  • 2-3 years of experience in sales/marketing analytics role, in addition to internships
  • RGM/Trade analytics experience a plus
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects and details simultaneously
  • Proven track record of coordinating communication across multiple stakeholders
  • Must be proficient in Advanced Excel; PowerBI experience a plus
