Job Description

The Global Marketing Director will drive VRP’s marketing strategy and execution for all regions, bring fresh ideas on how to raise our profile and awareness in the ecosystem, drive brand position, and support revenue growth through new client acquisition and retention. 


  • Develop the brand of VRP Consulting across all channels in the region in line with the company's vision 
  • Creation and execution of marketing strategies aligning to business growth plans 
  • Ownership of the central marketing communications plan/calendar 
  • Ideation, creation, production, and ownership of all marketing materials as follows: 
  • a. Website 
  • b. Social media channels 
  • c. Internal and external communications 
  • d. Emails 
  • e. PR 
  • f. Blogs/articles 
  • g. Product literature/white papers /tech briefs 
  • h. Advertising – online and offline 
  • i. Events & sponsorships 
  • Build deep relationships with all stakeholders, including: 
  • a. Internal departments 
  • b. External agencies 
  • c. Salesforce and other partner marketing teams 
  • d. Journalists / Reporters 
  • e. Consultants such as Gartner and Forrester 
  • Planning, management, and monitoring of multi-channel marketing campaigns in Salesforce 
  • a. Update in central CRM system with linked lead attainment, all relevant details b. Monitor/optimize / status report 
  • Event management 
  • a. Tradeshows 
  • b. Events/roadshows/breakfast briefings 
  • c. Webinars 
  • Marketing automation implementation, supported by the MC Practice
  • Marketing ROI tracking including regular KPI reporting to Exco and the creation of dashboards



  • 10+ years in the marketing domain within product or services consulting, predominantly in the Salesforce ecosystem
  • Functional knowledge of the Salesforce platform and how customers get benefit from Salesforce is essential
  • Demonstrable ability to drive revenue through marketing
  • Achievement and success-driven personality
  • Comfortable building relationships with C-level stakeholders and Salesforce marketing stakeholders
  • Great customer-facing skills with ability to build and nurture relationships
  • Fluency in English is a must 
  • Fluency in another main European language is nice to have

  • 15% Bonus (based on individual & corporate performance)

  • Please Note: We hire all our permanent staff in the US through an Employer Of the Record company. This means our employees will sign a local employment contract with the EOR, and they will be the legal local employer. However, they will be the representative of VRP Consulting, and their day-to-day role will be directed by VRP Consulting.
