Qualifications

Basic:

  • 10+ years of experience
  • Senior Level Experience in Omnichannel leadership, Management consultancy is preferred, or experience of Omnichannel transformation in a Multi National Pharmaceutical
  • Strong Commercial and P&L experience

Preferred: 

  • Degree (BSc, BA)
  • Strong Strategic to operational experience and skills
  • Able to build and deliver a strategic plan and model, including P&L implications
  • Impeccable integrity, work ethic and commitment
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and proactively, possess high degree of planning, coordination, project management skills, with demonstrated ability to problem solve
  • Ability to produce crisp and compelling presentations that are Executive-ready and deliver presentations and engagements with Senior Level leadership
  • Organized, detail-oriented personality with the ability to multi-task
  • Team player with strong interpersonal skills who enjoys working in a collaborative firm culture

Job Title:  Advanced Customer Experience (ACE) Model Design Lead, International Marketing and Commercial Operations (IMCO)

Reporting to: Head of Global Customer Engagement Strategy and Innovation, IMCO

At AbbVie, as we advance our customer engagement model in our International organization, we are looking for talent to join our IMCO (International Marketing and Commercial Operations) organization to support the affiliate activation of our ACE (Advanced Customer Experience) transformation. Our vision is to Delight our Customer, Maximise our Impact’.

ACE is a significant business transformation which accelerates our customer-centric HCP engagement approach. Empowering our front-line in-field and brand teams with robust insights, through harnessing the power of data to optimize decisions and help us address key business questions. Transforming the customers experience and maximizing our impact and value with our HCPs

 

Responsibilities

·      Strategic leader with strength in Omnichannel and digital transformation of global pharmaceutical business, to insightfully build with the Global brands, the required business models, necessary for business unit requirements, which can then be deployed globally

·      Senior leader to advise, mentor and orchestrate between International Brand Teams, International Capability teams , Area Customer Excellence and Transformation teams in Europe and Intercontinental to build and deliver the ACE models

·      Ability to represent and articulate IMCO globally with the vision and deliverable of the ACE transformation

·      Matrix management of senior partners across International, Area and Affiliates

·      Articulate coherent definition to design and allocate capabilities from capability teams (SMEs)to ACE models  

·      Act as translators from business requirements and KPIs to capability teams for development

·      Defines measures (leading and lagging impact indicators) and dashboards, with Transformation leads in Europe and Intercontinental, required to assess real life performance of ACE models in affiliates, monitors relevant capabilities KPIs and act on feedback

·      ACE Change Management Lead for the International Brand Teams in scope

 

Activities

·      Understand and build business case needs for business model designs (model dependent) with International Brand teams

·      Workshops and focus groups with International Brand teams and capability teams in IMCO to prioritize capabilities to be developed

·      Coordination sessions & interdependencies resolution between capability teams

·      Progress and performance reviews
