The International Accounting Manager position supports the International Segment and would be responsible for all International Accounting matters, related journal entries and account reconciliations. The position will be responsible International Accounting and related Accounting research and would also act as an Accounting project manager to support International growth and development.
Responsibilities
- Establish and manage various TPA relationships based on needs of the International Segment to ensure proper support based on the various market entry strategies (Master Franchise, Multi-Unit Franchise, or Company owned). Oversee work performed by TPA.
- Establish and maintain expansion playbook to ensure team is structured in a way to support the various market entry strategies (Master Franchise, Multi-Unit Franchise, or Company owned). Check and adjust capacity levels within team (determining how many markets, depending on the market strategy, each Sr. Accountant can manage)
- Lead all International Audits, and prepare related Board Materials. Manage International intercompany relationships.
- Manage the set up and maintenance of registrations in International countries. Lead cross functional meetings to set up new employees and markets. Identify potential accounting issues and perform accounting research as needed when complexities exist that need to be addressed
- Provide the Sr. Accountant – International guidance to manage Payroll and iExpense for International Employees. Improve processes around both of these areas through Continuous Improvement to allow International Expansion.
- Manage the International Segment close process. Work closely with International Finance Managers to assist in close reviews and identify key drivers of variances to forecast.
- Review all work performed by the Sr. Accountant – International. Prepare high risk International journal entries and account reconciliations as needed.
Minimum Wage
USD $81,000.00/Yr.
Maximum Wage
USD $142,000.00/Yr.
Qualifications
- CPA, preferred
- 5 to 7 years’ experience in Accounting position with large organization
- International Accounting would be a huge plus!
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to lead cross functional projects
- Previous experience with Oracle and/or TRecs.
Preferably the selected candidate would come into our office in Dublin, OH 1-2 days a week, but this position can also be performed remotely. #LI-Remote

The base pay range for this position is listed below. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and budget for the open position and also may vary depending on the candidate’s job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, among other relevant factors. This range does not include an estimated value for any benefits, bonus, or other incentives that may be applicable based on position.* The target annual bonus for this role is 20% of annualized base salary, based on actual company and personal performance. Director and above roles are also eligible to participate in the Company’s long-term incentive award program.
