Inventory and Shipping Coordinator – Trade Shows

The Certified Collectibles Group (CCG) is seeking an Inventory and Shipping Coordinator to ensure accountability and oversight of the inventory and shipping needs required to support the trade shows CCG participates in throughout the year, Comics, Sports Cards, Trading Cards and other verticals.

  

In this role, your responsibilities will include:

  • Working with management to create an online inventory system for all national and international show materials
  • Organizing materials for shows in our warehouse
  • Managing inventory levels
  • Working with management to develop an online inventory database
  • Oversee packing for up to 4 shows a month 
  • oversee all outbound shipments to ensure their timely arrival
  • work with marketing for swag giveaways needed per show and pull items needed for shipping from their current location
  • Work closely with the IT department to ensure all laptops/printers are updated and show ready, and to order any required accessories.
  • Track all returning booth materials and submission boxes back to the office 
  • Create shipping labels for each show
  • Schedule pick-ups or locate shipping drop off location and provide hours/location 
  • Organize freight shipment for larger shows
  • Oversee the unpacking of show items and update returning inventory 
  • Manage branded company shirts inventory, and order new shirts when needed 
  • Create new packing system with dedicated pelicans for materials 
  • Support flight booking when needed
  • Supply reports per show to management for tracking and reporting purposes
  • Additional administration duties to support trade show coordinator and manager when required 

What will help you succeed:

  • 2 - 5 years’ experience in shipping and/or inventory
  • Demonstrated experience in building and implementing lean business system/practices is a plus
  • Sound verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills.
  • Excellent time and project management
  • Excellent organizational and follow-up skills
  • Experienced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)

  • Ability to lift to 50 lbs.
  • Be on your feet

Location:

  • This is a full time, on-site position located in our Global Headquarters in Sarasota, FL. The position will require time in an office environment as well as in our on-site Warehouse.
