Full Job Description
Provides service and set up subject matter expertise to FedEx Trade Networks and FedEx services employees globally in sales, operations, global business development, etc. Leads strategic customer service projects and initiates/ directs key customer service/account set up/customer identity initiatives.
Project manages and represents FedEx Trade Networks in key initiatives globally, involving all aspects of customer onboarding, service implementation, compliance, identification/resolution of issues for both customers and FedEx impacting their overall experience. Frequently updates all levels of management on projects and seeks appropriate input at critical milestones. Works closely with managing directors, finance, regulatory, and legal to define business requirements by service/product. Gathers and analyzes internal and external new customer feedback and works towards enhancing the customer experience for FedEx Trade Networks products and services. Continually troubleshoots and resolves any problems in an expedient manner. Works with internal and external customers to lead the process of identifying strengths and weaknesses of FedEx Trade Networks business implementation and customer experience. Gathers and analyzes audit results and works with office managers globally by providing recommendations on how to resolve issues arising from improper onboarding or user complaints. Provide input on potential training opportunities, system enhancements, etc. Research, document, and ensure enforcement of FedEx Trade Networks business requirements for all services at the time initiation/setup. Lead periodic discussions to ensure rules are always current to prevent compliance issues and potential impact to customer or operations. Assists management with creating the vision and strategic long and short term plan for global customer experience, including customer initiation, business implementation, and analyzing customer feedback. Identifies potential problem areas and recommends viable solutions to management and implements changes. Develop, coordinate and assist with training as needed. Provides subject matter expertise to develop internal and external business implementation training material in collaboration with sales, operations, product directors and training departments (if necessary).
Bachelor's degree or equivalent with a major in business or analytical field required. Five to seven (5-7) years directly related experience in customer service and/or analytics required. Excellent project management experience. Willingness to travel. Advanced computer skills required in Microsoft Office. Comprehensive experience in international transportation/logistics, customs brokerage, and customer service. Strong communication, organizational, analytics, and human relations skills. Ability to handle multiple assignments and meet tight deadlines.
Colorado Residents Only – Compensation: Annual Salary $50000 - $116000
