This position will be responsible for contract administration, contract review, terms and conditions review and negotiations, order processing, proposal support, and routine quote preparation as well as execution and monitoring of international customs compliance initiatives and activities set by International Trade Compliance administration responsible for supporting implementation of the corporate trade compliance strategy across the organization while delivering customer service. The Sr Analyst drives trade compliance results through analysis of trade regulations, trade data and overall knowledge with a strong ability to collaborate with functional leaders and teams across the company.

Contracts (Terms and Conditions, NDA’s, Contracts support) for both Geared Solutions (Park City, UT & Macomb, MI) sites. Trade Compliance for Park City only. Responsibilities

Manages customer accounts through contract and order administration using customer portals to retrieve and analyze data for input into our ERP system.

Reviews and analyzes customer contract and purchase order terms to align terms with company standards.

Initiates the Contract Review process by documenting the customer’s order and contract flow-down requirements and routes those requirements to the appropriate internal departments.

Receives and reviews requests for pricing, quotations, and proposals. Provides timely responses to bids in accordance with Triumph Delegation of Authority, company policy, and following Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), Truth in Lending Act (TINA), and certified cost and pricing data standards where applicable.

Responsible for administration of Customer Contracts to ensure the company and the customers are adhering to the agreed terms and conditions including price, delivery, lead-time and other terms and conditions.

Manages and maintains the site Contracts Database.

Prepares documents and analyzes data using Microsoft Word and Excel.

Gathers and provides necessary documentation for both internal and external customers.

Reviews, Creates, and Negotiates T&Cs with customers.

Reviews, Creates, and Negotiates NDAs with customers.

Prepares formal responses/documents for numerous issues (i.e. term for convenience, force majeure claims, contract amendments, etc)

Provides legal analysis on contractual situations case by case to help company determine the best path forward. .

Lead international customs compliance initiative and ensure administrative requirements and data are reported up and across the Corporate Compliance Organization and Business Units.

Communicate with internal stakeholders for awareness of the International Trade regulations and requirements to be met.

Collaboration to support the business in implementing compliant export/import of goods, services, and technical data/technology.

Support organization in the implementation and oversight of International Trade Compliance processes, procedures, and tools by embedding international trade compliance requirements, as necessary.

Lead and support the organization’s implementation of international trade compliance best practices.

Report on key performance indicators to determine performance by organization, broker, freight forwarder and suppliers.

Responsible for capturing and reporting on action plans to improve key performance areas of international trade compliance.

Report to management and team issues of international trade compliance, as necessary.

Ensure the accuracy of data in enterprise systems. Responsible for obtaining and maintaining proper records as required by domestic and international trade regulations.

Lead International Trade Compliance through support to the organization by providing international customs and trade compliance analysis and interpretation related to matters in the region with International Corporate Compliance Leadership oversight.

Draft Export/Import licenses to submit to the government for approval. .

Conduct team trainings to promote compliance understanding and accountability throughout the company.

Review all export and import shipping documents to ensure trade compliance requirements are met and if necessary, hold shipments until compliance is achieved.

Properly audit the license owners and ensure that decrementation of shipments against current export licenses is being maintained as required.

Coordinate with legal reps to provide requested documents in support of compliance efforts.

Lead, develop and perform all administrative international customs compliance requirements for organization and report any significant issues to International Corporate Compliance Leadership.

Have significant understanding, ability to analyze and execution of compliance to customs exit and entry requirements and law.

Provide inputs to the organization for the implementation and oversight of international customs compliance processes, procedures, and tools by embedding customs and trade compliance requirements, as necessary.

Handle trade compliance inquiries from forwarders and brokers.

Help provide training and awareness on Compliance issues to the affiliates in the region.

Assist in ensuring appropriate recordkeeping procedures are met.

Lead issues resolution as it relates to denied party data and provide input to necessary controls for engaging parties in trade transactions.

Fosters positive relationships with internal and external customers. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree with trade compliance or related experience required.

International Trade/Customs Compliance Experience preferred.

Knowledge of Trade Compliance and Customs management and the effects of trade compliance activities across responsible areas.

5 - 7 years contacts, program management, or related experience required.

Experience working in aerospace manufacturing environment with working knowledge of government contracts preferred.

Excellent computer skills preferably spreadsheets, word processing, database and other applicable software programs.

Excellent analytical skills, with ability to understand financial impact of decisions.
