Compensation - $115K - $125K with a 10% bonus target


This position reports to the Senior Global Income Tax Manager. This position supports the Federal and International income tax function of the tax department and will involve provision, compliance, research, and planning. Focus is on the US consolidated federal income tax return and worldwide tax provision, transfer pricing and country by country documentation, coordination of domestic and foreign tax matters including structuring regional and overseas business expansion and transactional planning.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Assist in preparation, review, and analysis of quarterly consolidated income tax provision reporting, including coordination with regional controllers on international provisions and completion of US GAAP adjustments and domestic provisions.
  • Analyze and reconcile general ledger tax accounts.
  • Monitor U.S. and foreign tax law changes impacting operations.
  • Prepare proforma federal returns and the consolidated U.S. federal income tax return.
  • Calculate deemed income inclusions (GILTI, Subpart F, Section 78 Gross-Up and Section 956) and high tax exceptions as appropriate.
  • Assist in managing worldwide transfer pricing and country by country reporting requirements, including facilitating information gathering and coordination with outside consultants to ensure deadlines are met in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Prepare tax basis balance sheets and return to provision calculations.
  • Perform research on U.S. and international tax issues.
  • Assist in coordination with regional controllers for completion and review of international tax return filings.
  • Assist with and support for tax planning and involvement in special projects, such as, restructuring, M&A, & cash repatriation.
  • Document performance of internal controls and procedures for SOX testing.

The person is expected to keep abreast of changes in the US federal tax laws as well as the tax laws of other foreign jurisdictions in which the company has major operations. A general ability to use sound judgment and interpersonal skills to obtain and determine the source, timing, significance and effective use of tax data is also necessary. The tax position will likely require little to no travel.


  • Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree preferred
  • CPA preferred
  • 4+ years public accounting and/or industry tax experience with international focus
  • Strong technical knowledge of multi-national corporate tax, including international components of US Corporate returns
  • ASC 740 Experience
  • Proficient with tax research software and Microsoft Office products
  • Experience with OneSource Tax Compliance software is preferred
