We're looking forward to adding a motivated Customer Experience Coordinator to join our team of sharp, energetic, and dedicated entrepreneurs.  The Customer Experience Coordinator supports the strategic design, implementation, and optimization of our Global Trade Solutions offerings and initiatives to ensure a best-in-class customer experience. This is an on-site position in Waddell, AZ. 

 

 About this role:

  • Collaboration with cross-functional teams to support end-to-end customer experience goals and operations.
  • Performs:
  • Research
  • Data Collection & Entry
  • Data Analysis
  • Document Preparation
  • Administration
  • Problem Resolution
  • Invoicing
  • Compliance
  • Recordkeeping
  • Scheduling & resource coordination
  • Timely customer service, both within Green and with clients
  • Participation in Client Conference Calls
  • Build & maintain relationships with clients
  • On-site work with clients each week

 

Qualifications for the role:

 

  • Comfortability in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.)
  • Ability to review and analyze data, with support and training
  • Positive attitude
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills, both written and oral - this role will be customer-facing
  • Works with minimal supervision
  • Candidate must pass a federal background check
  • Logistics / Freight Forwarding / Customs Brokerage Experience a plus

You will report to the Regulatory Operations Manager of Global Trade Solutions in this role.
