What you will do:

You will partner with Business Process Owners and Business Process Implementation Leads to support Stryker divisions, functions, and geographies with implementation of To-Be warehousing, distribution, inventory, global trade, logistics and distribution Template processes. You will support the achievement of program goals, objectives, and deliverables through execution of deployment activities including testing, training, data conversion, cut over and hyper care. You will also assist with other Workstream needs through all aspects of the program to achieve deployment milestones.

  • Supports timely completion of deployment activities within warehouse, transportation management, global trade, distribution, logistics, inventory management area inclusive of the ecosystem application landscape.
  • Understand their business process in scope of the end-to-end process and collaborates across process areas to ensure end-to-end solution adoption.
  • Partners with Subject Matter Experts (SME’s) in the business to drive adoption of to-be business processes.
  • Support any projects or activities that will increase our effectiveness to implement SAP.
  • Coordinate involvement of Stryker SMEs in key deployment activities.
  • Supports activities to enable rapid decisions making and the resolutions of risks, issues and key decisions.
  • Support onboarding of local data readiness network resources for data objects in warehouse/TM/GTS. Ensure they understand how data enables design in their process area and ensure completeness and accuracy of enterprise master data. Support local data resources during data load processes to ensure they are updated on data design.
  • Supports business SME’s with execution of data cleansing, data migration and conversion to ensure accuracy of enterprise master data and transactional data.
  • Work with testing team to turn business scenarios for warehouse/TM/GTS and requirements into test scenarios and expected outcomes.
  • Responsible for testing activities including test script review, test data readiness, and test execution.
  • Participates in process workshops, supporting the Global Process leads and/or Business Process Leads.
  • Coordinates with business enablement team to support change management, training, business process mapping, and cutover deliverables.
  • Support the creation and delivery of training content.
  • Provide cutover input to Business Process Implementation Lead and cutover captain for warehouse/TM/GTS.
  • Responsible for supporting hyper care activities post business go-live. This includes defect support and escalation when needed. Establishing metrics and tracking during hypercare. Close partnership and communication with the business.
  • Collaborate with sustain and run team to ensure a successful handoff at the end of hypercare.

What you need:

  • BS, BA in Business Administration, Logistics, Finance, or equivalent required.
  • Masters in in Business Administration, Logistics, Finance, or equivalent is a plus.
  • Minimum 4+ years of industry experience in relevant process area
  • Strong knowledge in relevant sub-processes
  • Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships within Stryker divisions and geographies
  • Ability to consider upstream and downstream process impacts and implications
  • Exhibits strong business acumen and understanding of organizational issues and challenges
  • Data analysis and problem-solving skills
  • Customer service mindset

  • Communication & interpersonal skills
  • Proficient Microsoft Office skillsets

$71,600- $149,300 salary plus bonus eligible + Benefits (Health, Vision, Dental, 401K, Tuition Reimbursement, Employee Assistance Program, Wellbeing Program, Employee Stock Purchase Program). This information reflects the anticipated salary range for this position based on current national data. Actual minimum and maximum may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors
