We are looking to hire a Contracts Manager to join our team.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Drafts, generates, interprets, and manages proposals and contract documents, in accordance with internal and external customer schedules and requests, to ensure these documents properly reflect business objectives.
  • Reviews and/or drafts proposed contract terms & conditions, identifying contractual and business risks, provide contract leadership for customer fact-finds and business negotiations.
  • Ensures proper internal flow down of contractual obligations and requirements.
  • Advises and represents the organization on legal issues concerning contract matters.
  • Works with International Trade Compliance (ITC) personnel to ensure compliance with all import/export regulations.
  • Provides advice on program contract administration.
  • Prepares documentation for legal and contract negotiations and relationships.
  • Conducts Contract Closeouts.
  • Maintains historical legal/contractual records.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree and 8 years of prior relevant experience OR
  • Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience OR
  • In absence of a degree, 12 years of relevant experience is required
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Government contract negotiation and award experience
  • Experience with U.S. Government contracts or subcontracts, including FAR/DFARS
  • Foreign Military Sales (FMS) experience

Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products.

Hybrid: Employees who are working in Hybrid roles will work regularly both onsite and offsite. Ratio of time working onsite will be determined in partnership with your leader.

Remote: Employees who are working in Remote roles will work primarily offsite (from home). An employee may be expected to travel to the site location as needed.
