Job Summary


Lead the Sales Accounting, Billing, Payroll, & Customer Maintenance team. Ensure accuracy of revenue, commissions, payroll, and related accruals for internal and external financial reporting. Partner with Director of Credit/Collections, Sales, and Payroll & HR teams to grow sales, improve DSO, and manage people-related expenses.


How you will contribute:


  • Manage and develop talented team of accountants & analysts of various levels by performing quarterly continuous performance management discussions, closely tracking goals and KPIs
  • Identify opportunities to improve DSO by collaborating with Director of Credit & Collections and Sales team.
  • Improve and streamline month end close, reporting, analysis & processes and initiate corrective actions
  • Lead month-end close process, reviewing and approving journal entries and reconciliations, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with GAAP
  • Ensure accuracy of payroll expenses and accruals by country
  • Support quarterly internal control reviews and external audits by providing supporting documentation, schedules, and analyses

Education (minimum education required)

Bachelor of Science in Accounting

Experience (minimum experience required)


  • Undergraduate degree in Accounting required; MPA/MBA/CPA preferred
  • 7+ years of Accounting experience in the manufacturing industry, preferably focused on Revenue and Payroll Reporting
  • 5+ years of Managerial experience, including coaching and developing team members
  • Thorough knowledge and understanding of US GAAP and Internal Controls (SOX)
  • Strong leadership skills and dedication to delivering results
  • Proven Advanced Technical Skills (Excel, Powerpoint, Power BI, Oracle, OneStream)
