Full Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Proactive expansion of existing market and development of new markets
  • Identify and develop sales channels in the region and implement strategic sales plans in consistency with the Business Unit Air Aftermarket objectives
  • Develop and maintain excellent customer relations, ensure customer satisfaction, and keep them up to date with our portfolio
  • Focus on Service Centers including OEM’s and MRO’s to sell F/LIST Refurbishment/Retrofit and Innovation products as well as services
  • Independent preparation of commercial proposals based on the calculations from the sales operations group
  • Control of sales promotional measures and ongoing monitoring of the market
  • Interact as a team member with the global Sales team to align processes, product knowledge, pricing, and company sales strategies
  • Represent F/LIST on the market, at international trade fairs and events including product presentation
  • Responsible for budget and turnover to established targets
  • Be an excellent ambassador of the F/LIST brand and culture
  • Adherence to F/LIST internal sales processes and guidelines

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Successfully completed technical/ business university degree
  • Several years of working experience in Business Development and Sales in the Business Aviation Industry, ideally background in interior
  • Excellent customer and business communication skills
  • Highly motivated and performance orientated personality with hands on attitude
  • Ability to work independently to contact potential customers, build relationships and close deals
  • Flexible and willingness to travel
