We are searching for a Supplier Experience Manager to join our team at our headquarters facility located in Lake Forest, IL.

We will consider 100% remote for candidates located in the following states: AR, CA, GA, KY, MD, NY, NC, OR, SC, TX, UT, VA, WA, WI.

Your Role:

As the Supplier Experience Manager, you will join the Procurement Center of Excellence embedded within the Reynolds’ Digital Enterprise Business function. This role enables Procurement and Supply Chain capabilities to build world-class partnerships with our supplier base as a customer of choice; driving cross-functional collaboration to identify best practices and digital solutions including implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement. While this role will not have direct reports, it is a management position requiring leadership of work streams, technology, change implementation and influencing.

You will have the opportunity to:

  • Be the primary super user of Procurement technology and bridge between business users of the software to enhance user experience
  • Partner with Technology and Digital teams to implement modern solutions including platforms, analytics and process automation.
  • Enhance supplier onboarding processes to improve automation and ease of use for internal and external customers
  • Develop supplier scorecard templates and tools, in conjunction with category managers, Quality teams, and other business functions
  • Facilitate workshops with Procurement function to develop and refresh supplier segmentation as required by market conditions
  • Support supplier diversity tracking, ESG reporting, and policies to improve ethical sourcing
  • Develop and monitor supplier risk avoidance programs including international trade concerns (e.g. tariffs), and third party risk management (TPRM)
  • Shape long-term strategies to improve real-time supplier collaboration and data sharing around inventory, lead times, and other operational metrics

Ultimately, you will be a key link between the Procurement and IT function, enabling and enhancing the critical work of delivering quality products and materials to RCP locations across all categories of spend.

We need you to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Deep expertise of SAP ARIBA
  • 5+ years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or customer/supplier relationship functions
  • Demonstrated experience working in a cross-functional, matrixed organization of significant size
  • Strong presentation skills including reporting to executive audiences
  • Superior project management skills

Icing on the cake:

  • Consumer Products experience, a plus
  • CPSM, APICS or similar procurement/supply chain certification
  • PMP, Lean / Six Sigma, or similar project / process improvement certification
  • Experience with global manufacturing
  • Experience with data analytics / data visualization tools such as Tableau or PowerBI
  • Familiarity with software implementation steps and best practices (scoping, SIT, UAT, smoke testing, hypercare)
