  • Being open to providing legal support across all Business Units and supporting transversal functions (for example, Purchasing, Supply Chain, Security, Finance, Human Resources, etc.)
  • Review, draft and negotiate full range of contracts across Business Units
  • Learn the Company’s business by participating in training and demonstration of the Company’s technology, products and services
  • Learn and counsel Company personnel on the terms and conditions of the form of national security agreement that governs the Company’s global business
  • Support several compliance efforts and programs, including the Company’s Trade Compliance function
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to support Company’s evolving contract function modifying scope, responsibilities, and scale, as necessary
  • Support resolution of contract disputes, and provide internal support for the Company’s claims and litigation matters
  • Demonstrate the Company’s corporate values

Qualifications:

  • Juris Doctor (JD), plus membership in at least one state bar with ability to be admitted as Virginia Corporate Counsel if necessary
  • Ability to provide top-tier, proactive, and effective legal support in a fast-moving environment
  • Exceptional legal and business judgment, superior analytic, communication and problem-solving skills
