Responsible for monitoring and documenting compliance activities, to ensure organizational operations comply with relevant laws, regulations, and policies. Advising management on compliance matters, and liaising with government agencies.

  • Administer the Export Control Program Control and serve as primary point of contact for all internal/external customers and interested parties in relation to Import/Export compliance and records.
  • Member of the Internal Audit Team participating as an Auditor for multiple functions and programs
  • Quality Management Systems (ISO-9001)
  • 5S, Safety and OSHA Compliance
  • Finance & Controlling Internal Audits
  • Cybersecurity Self-Assessments
  • Maintain the Compliance Center SharePoint, Compliance Wiki and all related records.
  • Internally coordinate Compliance Inquiries from Customers and Interested Parties.
  • Primary interface with US Regulatory Agencies for compliance with:
  • Export Administration Regulations (EAR)
  • International Trafficking in Arms Regulations (ITAR)
  • Customs Trade Partnership Against Terrorism (CTPAT
  • Perform other duties as assigned


  • Bachelor's degree in business/finance related field, or equivalent experience is preferred.
  • ISO-19011 Auditing Practices (will train)
  • At least 2 years of experience in the field of compliance or customer service.
  • Certification or prior training in Risk and Compliance Management preferred.
  • Experience working in a structured QMS organization (ISO9001, AS9100, TS16949, etc.) is preferred.
  • Proven effective communications with external and internal customers.
  • Proficient Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and SharePoint for use in daily activities.
