Are you looking to build a strong career? Then we have an opportunity for you! We are searching for an Administrative Assistant to support our Dollar Channel and Misc. Non-Food customers, within the Sales Evolution Team. The position will be work-from home.

Your Role:

As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and performing various tasks for specified customers within the Dollar & Non-Foods Team.

You will have the opportunity to:

  • Manage administrative responsibilities for multiple customers including performing the following:
  • Provide sales and administrative support for Director of Sales, National Account Manager, and Associate DM within the Dollar Channel Team
  • Perform data manipulation (pivot tables etc.) required for customer invoices, shipments, and POs
  • Maintain monthly log of payments deductions, and trade compliance issues for all customers
  • Manage and maintain everyday pricing, trade, and customer deductions within the Exceedra Trade system
  • Working with internal Business Units, AP/AR departments on billing invoice inquiries, Customer Service Representatives, Supply, Demand, and Transportation departments for specified customers’ needs.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information both internally and externally with our customers
  • Communicate with customers via Teams and email as necessary

Ultimately, you will use your organization skills to assist with day-to-day operations of the team and will help ensure that our employees and customers are getting answers for their questions.

We need you to have:

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 3+ years of administrative experience
  • Excellent capabilities with Microsoft Office, including Excel

Icing on the cake:

  • Associates degree in a related field
  • Experience in the Exceedra Trade System
  • Experience in the dollar and non-foods channel
