Summary of Duties

Under the direction of the Manager, Trade Compliance, the Trade Compliance Specialist is responsible for assisting in maintaining regulatory compliance for Dassault Falcon Jet as it pertains to a variety of domestic / international related functions, as well as customer/ supplier compliance controls. This includes but not limited to exports governed by various regulatory depts. such as the US Dept. of State (ITAR); US Dept. of Commerce (EAR) and US Dept. of Census as well as import regulations governed by the US Dept. of Homeland Security; US Customs and Border Protection. Other Partnering government agencies may include FDA Food & Drug Administration, FCC Federal Communication Commission, ATF Alcohol Tobacco, Firearms & Explosives and TSA Transportation Security Administration. Incumbent is responsible for assisting the Manager with monitoring and checking various Trade Compliance topics for Teterboro.
