Put your ITAR and EAR experience to work supporting global trade compliance for a leading defense organization. This fully remote opportunity is ideal for a highly organized compliance professional who can manage export/import authorizations, regulatory documentation, investigations, and critical deadlines with accuracy and discretion.

  • Prepare, submit, and administer required export and import authorizations
  • Coordinate exports and imports in accordance with company policies and U.S. government regulations
  • Review documentation for compliance with export and import requirements
  • Support investigation-file management, recordkeeping, and tracking
  • Track matters involving potential noncompliance, disclosures, and ad hoc compliance requests
  • Manage legal and regulatory tasks, records, deadlines, and supporting documentation
  • Create and maintain effective tracking tools
  • Support audits, assessments, investigations, and other compliance projects
  • Perform additional duties assigned by the Global Trade director

Required Qualifications

  • Knowledge of the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR)
  • Knowledge of the Export Administration Regulations (EAR)
  • Experience managing legal or compliance-related tasks, files, deadlines, and records
  • Experience creating and maintaining tracking tools
  • Project-management experience involving legal matters, audits, assessments, or investigations
  • Bachelor’s degree or a suitable combination of college coursework and relevant professional experience
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Clear and professional written and verbal communication
  • Ability to manage shifting priorities and meet established deadlines
  • Sound judgment and discretion when handling sensitive matters
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

Preferred Experience

  • Drafting ITAR and EAR licenses
  • OCR EASE global trade-management software




Pay Range: $48.00 - $53.00 per hour (Depending on experience and qualifications)
