Agent Export Control (Temp)

Task Responsibilities:          

• Collect, distribute and share all flight related information with concerned departments,
• Plan, coordinate and follow up, the cargo build up and optimize the space utilization in coordination with CV WHC & handling agent,
• Proceed with documentation check,
• Coordinate operations with other departments within LUXHUB,
• Supervise the cargo flow through LUXHUB,
• Instruct and share processes with the handling agent,
• Assist customers when required,
• Keep all the parties informed about the status/condition of their freight,
• Maintain records of activities,
• Ensure system updates & transmissions are processed in due time,
• Contribute to team effort.

Essential Requirements For The Position:     

• Possess at minimum a BAC degree or equivalent
• Be fluent in English, French and German. Luxembourgish will be considered as an advantage
• Have good knowledge of standard IT products, MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
• Ability to work on shifts in a team or alone
• Ability to establish and maintain good customer relations
• Ability to perform error free in stress situations and without direct supervision

Working Conditions:           

• A Certificate of good conduct (Casier judiciaire, Polizeiliches Führungszeugnis) will be required in case of positive selection
• Willing to work on shifts 24/7/365
• Temporary position based in Luxembourg
• Occasional travel required within the entire Cargolux network
