Description

Scope:

Lead and oversee Field Brokerage operations, ensuring efficient customs clearance, regulatory compliance, customer service, and operational performance in accordance with PSA BDP Ethics, company policies, and applicable customs regulations.

Responsibilities:

•Lead and manage the Field Brokerage team and daily customs clearance operations.
•Ensure compliance with customs regulations, company policies, and customer requirements.
•Oversee customs documentation, declarations, permits, duties, exemptions, and related processes.
•Monitor operational performance, KPIs, service levels, and customer satisfaction.
•Manage escalations and resolve complex customs and operational issues.
•Maintain effective relationships with customers, customs authorities, and internal stakeholders.
•Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and service quality.
•Coach and develop team members to ensure strong performance and compliance.
•Provide regular operational updates and reports to management.
•Ensure accurate and timely maintenance of customer files and operational records.

 



Requirements

Qualifications & Experience : 

8–10 years of experience in Customs Brokerage, Customs Clearance, Logistics, or a related field, with at least 5 years in a Team Leader or Management role.

Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.

Strong knowledge of customs regulations, clearance procedures, and compliance requirements.

Proven experience in team leadership and operational management.

Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer management skills.

Good command of English and Arabic.
