StaffUp is hiring for Customs Entry Specialist to assist a large and busy 3rd Party Logistics company located in Grand Prairie, TX. We are seeking an experienced Customs Entry Writer to join our team in Grand Prairie, TX. The ideal candidate will have 4–5+ years of experience in customs entry writing and a strong understanding of the customs clearance process.
Location: Grand Prairie, TX 75052
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay Rate: $20.00 – $30.00 per hour (based on experience)
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and submit customs entries for clearance
- Review import documentation for accuracy and completeness
- Communicate with clients to request missing information or clarification when needed
- Ensure entries are processed accurately and efficiently
- Maintain organized records and documentation
- Communicate professionally with customers, carriers, and internal teams
Qualifications:
- 4–5+ years of experience writing customs entries required
- Experience submitting customs clearance documentation
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and follow-up skills
- Must be computer savvy and comfortable learning new systems
- Ability to work independently and manage daily tasks efficiently
- Reliability and dependability are a must
