What You'll Be Doing

  • Managing cargo allocations and coordinating truck placements for loading and dispatch
  • Monitoring cargo movement and providing accurate daily status updates to customers
  • Ensuring receiving processes, stock reporting, and warehouse operations run smoothly
  • Managing shipping instructions and coordinating with internal service providers
  • Tracking deliveries, resolving delays, and maintaining operational efficiency throughout the supply chain
  • Ensuring all documentation, reporting, and customer communication is completed accurately and timeously
  • Supporting warehouse housekeeping, stock control, and ownership/pledging processes
  • Working closely with customers, transporters, and internal stakeholders to maintain service excellence

What We're Looking For

  • Matric with a Diploma or Degree in Freight Forwarding, Supply Chain, or Logistics
  • Minimum 4 years’ experience within the Freight Forwarding industry
  • Strong administration and coordination experience
  • Good understanding of Customs procedures and supply chain operations
  • High level of computer literacy, particularly in MS Office
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong numerical and financial understanding
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
  • A highly organised individual with strong problem-solving and leadership abilities
  • Willingness to work overtime and travel when required
