Appleβs Global Trade Compliance team is looking for a highly motivated Trade Compliance Analyst to actively support Appleβs Foreign Trade Zone (FTZ) and vendor management programs. Your integrity, high degree of ownership, can-do thinking, focused partnership, and dedication to excellence will bring value to our team.\\n
Conduct audits of FTZ estimates admissions and weekly customs entries\\nManage and monitor external partners including weekly meetings, compliance requests, shipment validations etc\\nMonitor, measure and develop reports with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs.)\\nEvaluate new government requirements and partner with regional teams to ensure import compliance\\nEnsure legal regulatory compliance with all aspects of FTZ operations\\nManage system related issues and root cause analysis\\nLead classification specific projects as assigned\\nManage and present metrics to management team\\nConduct desk verifications and on-site audits with external partners\\nCreate and maintain process and procedures\\nCraft effective and clear communication with stakeholders (emails, Presentations, etc.)\\n
6+ years of experience in import customs compliance roles at a professional services or Fortune 500 company \\nBA/BS degree or equivalent practical work experience\\n
Knowledge of US Customs programs including Antidumping and Countervailing Duty Orders, and PGAs (e.g. FDA, EPA.)\\nLicensed Customs Broker\\nFTZ Audit program management\\nProficiency with MS Office and SAP-GTS\\nExcellent project management skills\\nData management, KPIs, metrics development and management\\nAdvanced FTZ experience and managing external partners\\nMasters and/or JD degree is a plus\\n
