At SPP, we work every day to keep the lights on by ensuring the reliable operation of the bulk electric grid and administering competitive wholesale energy markets across our region. As the energy industry continues to evolve, compliance and regulatory accountability remain critical to our mission.
We’re looking for a Senior Tariff Compliance Analyst to help strengthen and support SPP’s tariff compliance program through detailed analysis, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration. This role is ideal for a compliance professional who enjoys interpreting complex requirements, improving processes, and partnering across business areas to ensure organizational accountability and transparency.
In this role, you’ll help ensure tariff obligations, controls, and ownership structures are clearly documented, maintained, and monitored within SPP’s Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) environment. You’ll work closely with the Lead Tariff Compliance Specialist and internal stakeholders to support evolving tariff requirements and maintain visibility into organizational compliance activities.

This is a full-time, hybrid position based in Little Rock, Arkansas, with a minimum requirement of two days per week in the office. Standard work hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with occasional extended hours as needed.
